Concealed Carry (16 Hour)

Course Requirements

To complete the Illinois Concealed Carry Class and be eligible for the state's Concealed Carry License, students must:

• Attend a total of 16 hours of instruction (8 hours for eligible individuals with prior training or experience)
• Pass a written examination covering the course material
• Demonstrate safe firearm handling and proficiency during live-fire range exercises

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion, which can be submitted with their Illinois Concealed Carry License application.
